there is no manage payments button

Have you logged into your account? Are you a member of Family Sharing? Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

Try a restart.

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

What do you see when you follow those instructions ?

apparent there is a problem with my payment info I’ve used for years for my iCloud storage. I’m following the directions but don’t see the manage payments option or payment info. What do I do?
