Scam email? I got an email that my account was suspended due to too many login atempts, but I havent tried to login to my account for a while. A few weeks at I’d say. Is it a scam email to get my info? It does seem like it because it had a link for me to “update” my information. I just want to be sure I don’t get locked out of my Apple ID. Also I’ve not seen any indication of being locked out of anything on my devices

Scam? I keep receiving emails saying my Apple ID is locked. As there’s no personal information am I correct it assuming that it’s a scam? I keep deleting them- but this has been going on for a while now. Thank you

The same thing that billions of other people do. Delete them.

Yes. The following has instructions on how to report the email to Apple if you want. Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

I did report and looked at instructions, Thanks. Am getting a lots of scams from Banks, CCards. IRS and govt. my server is not blocking, What else can i do?

Sorry, general blocking of scams isn't an area that I have any particular expertise. Someone else here may have better input.
