Buy a song on iTunes
How do I buy a song on iTunes. I do not want the subscription for Apple Music.

This should help:
You can still purchase songs in iTunes and then listen in the Music Application.
If on an iOS device, go to Settings > Music > turn off Apple Music
Using iOS Devices: Listen to music and more in the Music app - You do not need an Apple Music subscription. You can listen to your purchased songs.
