Pop up from "Apple Helpline" directs me to call 855 ***-2877 to resolve malware issues ... phishing?

Is this legitimate? We are getting a notice saying Apple platform security. Your computer has alerted us that it has been infected with a Trojan porn-ware virus. We must contact us immediately at 1-888-312-1384 is it legitimate or a phishing notice. It is on only one of my Apple products that synced.

Possible phishing Email from Apple from So. Carolina message recorded there has been a phishing "deficit" on my Apple ID. Tried to call Apple spt and got a recorded sale pitch trying to get me to buy a emergency home notification device. Would not stop talking. Had to restart to end it. How do I get a person for help?

All such popup messages are scams.
