Im having problems with my AirPods. My device is up to date on update, but each time I try to use my AirPods they are not connected, when I try to connect they fail. So I have to forget the and reconnect again. How can I solve this and keep them connected?
I’ve already paired them for the past year I’ve been using them perfectly. Suddenly each time I want to use them, they say, make sure Hazel’s AirPods are turned on or in range but they are, even when I press the button they say connection failed. I have to forget device first everyday to use them. I’ve followed those steps.
