I cloud breech?

I received a phone call from Apple Inc. that said my iCloud account was breached. Is that legitimate?

No. Apple does not make such calls. If for some reason there was an issue with your account, you would know when you next tried to access that account. The callers are criminals trying to steal your personal and financial information.
