Can any one give me a suggestion, Is the warranty covers only for the Iphone or it's accessories. Because, i bought a new iPhone 6s Plus from indian seller 9 months back, now the cable is broken how can i replace it.

That cable certainly looks like it’s in bad shape from misuse, and not because of a manufacturing defect. So even if it were warranted, the warranty would not apply because the cable was mishandled.
The cable should never be pulled from any place other than the hard plastic near the very ends of the cable.
