Upgrade program

If I buy the iPhone 11 on the upgrade program, when it’s time to upgrade next year can I upgrade to the equivalent to the iPhone 11 pro max next year , and I can how much more do I have to pay

Yes you can but you will have to wait until next year to see what price differences there are.
