Is there a way to export/download transactions for import into financial software?

I would like to keep track of my Apple Card in the same software I use for other financial data (Moneydance, compatible with Quicken formats).

That is not currently supported. See the following from See your Apple Card spending history - Apple Support

Exporting data from Apple Card to a financial app like Mint is not currently supported.
