Apple Pay won't let me transfer my money over instantly

Why won’t my Apple Pay let me instantly transfer my money over? Every time I put my card information in it says my card is already in my wallet.

Hi, it has to be a Visa debit - Transfer money from Apple Cash to your Visa debit card or bank account - Apple Support
