Cancelling and request a refund

I want a refund of my funds on the app saferkid because I cancelled my subscription and was still charged and no longer use the app

How did you cancel it exactly?


Did you follow the steps here?: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


Did you do so more than 24 hours before it was set to renew?


Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.


If the App is correctly cancelled, you can contact iTunes billing for a refund: iTunes Store - Contact Us - Official Apple Support


Otherwise, make sure its actually cancelled and then contact iTunes for a refund.
