My phone is stuck on the black start up screen the farthest I've gotten is that it continues to cycle between black screen and black screen with white apple logo, i have tried the sequence up volume, down volume release and hold power & need help I cannot connect to iTunes at all so that is not an option. help lol i need my phone

If it doesn't accept a "forced restart" (that's strange), since your device is still covered by warranty, have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:--> Apple – Location Selector
