I recently got a macbook air and set up everything myself and it seems to work perfectly except for one thing : I cannot find some apps like spotify, office 365 or Google chrome in the mac App Store. How can i fix this?

Chrome isn't available in the App Store. You have to download it from Google.
Office 365 is a subscription service from Microsoft, not a downloadable application.
There is no Spotify 'app' in the Mac App Store.
