Weird transactions

I was billed and money taken out of my account for $47.99 and it won’t say to what monthly subscription it is on the bill

please let me know how we fix this

Apple is charging for items that don't appear on invoices or subscription I HAVE CHARGES ON MY SERVICE PROVIDER ACCOUNT ITUNES.COM/BILL AMOUNTS,NO INVOICES OR RECORDS,JUST AMOUNTS THAT HAVE INCREASED GRADUALLY OVER THE MONTHS.
