How do I find out name of app that charged me?

See if iTunes Support can help. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
I did both those things and there isn’t anything in my purchase history for that amount or with the same invoice ID. There isn’t even anything with the same date.
I’m trying to find out the name of app so I can request a refund. PayPal won’t do anything about it because they said it was an authorized payment. I am very careful about downloading apps with in-app purchases.
How do I find out if it was a purchase made from a different device?
