My iPad keeps freezing when I use it so I post this on my other iPad

How many, potential background running apps do,you leave hanging in the iOS app switcher?
How many active Website tabs do you leave open in a Web browser?
Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?
