BATTERY NOT CHARGING

I have a 2015 Macbook air. Its my personal laptop and sparingly used. My Battery condition is normal but it just does-not charge. I have tried with different charging cables, tried SMC reset but it still does-not charge as i write.

I did see it charging once or twice in last one month but mostly its 0% and I need to work with the charging cable plugged in only.

Any help appreciated.

Hi,

You'd better contact Apple support or make Genius Bar reservation or take your MacBook Air to Apple authorized service provider to check it up.

I think it's a hardware related problem.
