Can't log into old Apple ID!!!

Hello. So my very first Apple ID was linked to an old phone number which I no longer have access to. the apple ID is literally my original email address(which I still access to), but I still need to input an authentication code that has been sent to the old phone number. I've tried contacting the person who has my old number, but he/she is literally rude and refuses to help. What else can I do? I am sure I originally set up my security questions, but I don't have the option to answer any. Please help. I have all my old photos with me and my boyfriend which I really want to retrieve. Thank you.
