Thank you so much Rudegar. I followed the online instructions and it worked great and successfully. I did not see Ncredible One on the Bluetooth list before. Whatever it worked.

P.S. This was the first time that wanted to use the Ncredible headset on my new iMac. Maybe that had something to do with my challenges. Regardless they now work thanks to you. Thank you again.
