Instagram Notifications

I'm trying to figure out how to get notifications when a particular Instagram site has new posts. I have notifications turned on in settings, and I am reading that I just need to click on the three dots on her profile page, but when I do this, I only get "block user, report user or cancel" as the options. I'm using iOS 12.4.1
