iPhone videos play too fast

I recorded videos using my iPhone 7. When I uploaded the video to my Dell laptop computer using the Chrome operating system, the videos only play for 2 seconds no matter the actual length of the video.

The videos play fine on the iPhone. However, when upload them on the computer, Facebook, YouTube, or anywhere, they only play for 2 seconds.

This is a new problem because I've recorded videos and uploaded them anywhere with no problem.

Does anyone know what is going on?
