I just upgraded my iCloud storage from 5GB to 50 GB, and I have been charged twice £0.79 x 2, instead of once; can I get this refunded and corrected, Ian meant to be charged £0.79/month

Perhaps two billing periods were close to each other:

Buy more iCloud storage

If you think that you are due a refund, see this:

Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase

Get help with an item purchased from the App Store, iTunes Store, or iBooks Store
