When I receive a verification code from Apple it says that I’m at a location that is not where I am. What do I do?

If this is an e-mail you received, or a popup on the screen,  about the time you were actually logging in, there is probably nothing to worry about. The location in the e-mail is where your ISP reported it. If their servers are in a location distant from you, there will be a large error.

If you weren't signing in, someone may be trying to access your ID. Unless they have access to one of your trusted devices, they won't be able to sign in. If you want, you can change your password as a precautionary step. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
