Apple Music won’t shuffle anything without an album

When is Apple going to fix the issue with the Apple Music app. When you select any kind of grouping of songs (e.g. artist, genre, playlists) and select shuffle, it won’t play any songs that don’t have a album. This has been an issue FOR YEARS!!! There are several other threads of people having the same problem, and Apple just sweeps it under the rug.

Shuffle works per playlist, per album, or all the songs downloaded to your device (“offline”).

You’re not reading what the issue is. Let’s say you have a playlist comprised of 200 songs, and only 10 of those 200 songs have an album specified in the info for the mp3. Now you go to the playlist and hit the “shuffle” button. The music app will start playing only those 10 songs with in a shuffled order and will ignore all the other ones. Same with any kind of song grouping. If you go to an artist for which you don’t have any of the album information filled in on his/her songs and hit shuffle, it won’t play anything.
