Found Apple Watch

I found an apple watch. After zero success contacting the owner (does anyone know how I can do this?), I do not know what to do with this watch as it is clearly still paired with the previous owner's user ID. If I could find the person who lost the watch, I would return it. Otherwise, is this now just a useless device?

Apple will never help you reveal the name or location of the owner. However, the owner might use Find My AppleWatch to discover its location.

Short of committing a major crime, breach of privacy is pretty much the worst thing you can do at Apple.

Ask your local police what they can do to help. If the Watch has been stolen in the first place the owner might have reported it.
