Can I exchange Beats Headphones for a different color if I removed the plastic wrap?

I recently got a pair of wireless Beats headphones for free after purchasing a MacBook Pro. I was wondering if it would be possible to exchange them for another color if I removed the plastic wrap? I not sure what the exchange policy is since they were opened.
