itunes Version 12.9.5.5 won't play music

Hi,


I cannot of my music in iTunes. I've an Apple Music subscription and any albums/playlists etc added to my library, will not play.


As per the image below, all songs are 'greyed out'!

Contact Apple Support:

First, try restarting your device(s), if you have just updated to this iTunes version; all would be setup, once restarted.


If you still can find no way around this, then contact Apple Support. They’ll know what’s going on.
