This is not a configurable setting within iOS
This probably cannot be changed. But possibly (not likely) your cellular carrier can change it.
Thanks... s/w carrier xFinity and they gave me a code (**61*101**) to try on the phone pad but it didn't work. Seems Samsung & some other androids can do it but not an iPhone
