Itune charges

I am trying to find out why iTunes is duplicating charges and get them removed. I am going in circles. Help please!

If you are successfully being charged twice (e.g. one isn't a failed collection or About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support) contact iTunes Support, we are fellow users and won't know why it's happening : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
