Hi! I lost my previous iPhone and I forgot my password. And my Apple ID was locked for few days . Today I can unlocked my Apple ID and I bought a new iPhone and I put my old Apple ID on this phone with new password.
And now I cannot go to iTunes and iCloud and AppStore on this phone . I cannot download any app from AppStore.
when I put my Apple ID and password in AppStore it frozen and cannot sign in .
Not without more information. What happens when you try? Any error messages?
I need go to AppStore?
