I am setting up my daughters' phone.
She is a minor and we have family sharing. On her device when I go to settings/
should i see her information appear under /apple ID/icloud. itunes and app store banner or should my info appear as I am admin for the family share?

If you have Family Sharing set up, you should set up her phone using her ID, not your ID.
