Unlock screen rotate on IPad Air 3
How do I get my ipad air 3 to do screen rotate?
Turn off Lock screen in the Control Center.

Hi Bobseufert, thank you very much! I quite struggled to get to this particular Menu of choices as I did not know how to do the correct swipe thereof. Eventually I succeeded and could apply the correct action to rotate the screen. I appreciate your time and advice. Thank you very much and God bless.
You're welcome and thanks for letting me know my answer could have been more complete. Next time I have a lock screen question I'll start with "Swipe down from the upper right corner for the Control Center."
