Restore Ipad
I'm not getting the option to update or restore when trying to restore my ipad pro. Any suggestions?

I've tried this. When I get to step 4, the there is no option or pop-up for restoring/updating.

Does anything pop up? Does iTunes detect the iPad, are you able to see the iPad in iTunes?
