How to update iOS 10.3 to ios 11?is ot possible ?
By virtue of being on iOS 10, you most likely have iPad 4. If you do, it is too old, too under powered and not capable of running the required 64 bit architecture for the newer iOS levels.

If your iPad is on iOS 10, it likely cannot upgrade further. Which iPad do you have?
What are you trying to do by updating?

That game requires IOS 11 or higher. You can't download it on an iPad running iOS 10.
You may want to consider getting a newer iPad if this app is important to you.
In that case, you'll need a newer iPad. I don't think Fortnite has an older version available for older iPads.

iPhone 6 is capable of running iOS 12.4. It too will not be able to update when iOS 13 comes out, but for now, it is capable of running Fortnite.
