IMac will not boot up

My iMac will not boot up, it only goes halfway along the progress bar then shuts down and repeats. I have put in recovery mode, deleted the hard drive and reloaded the operating system, still no fix. Is there anything else I can try?

Try Safe Mode, as per > Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support

note: you may need use a usb keyboard if your wireless devices have become un-paired

If that doesn't help, make a service appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
