iCloud email password

The iCloud mail could be set as an Apple ID say example1@gmail.com or any other services like yahoo , hotmail ...etc or say example2@icloud.com .

The mail id password can be read ( recovered ) only by an administrator https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/keychain-access/kyca1085/mac

If you have set up iCloud mail through iPhone the password can't be recovered , of course it can be reset with essential complete credentials ( the id could be set with 2FA or secondary authentication ) .
