How do I delete books in iCloud?

Thanks, but I have an IPhone 5 with IOS 10.3.4. and it doesn't display those possibilities (suppress or hide on Icloud or on Ibooks for the books in Icloud). The only possibility is to... download them again !
I also tried with Macbook air (10.14.6) with Safari (12.1.2.) : no possibilities (suppress in menu Edit is grey and inactive).

Are they iTunes Bookstore purchased books ? If they are try the Books app on your Mac, go to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the store homepage, and if you hover your mouse pointer over a book you should get an 'x' on its top left corner for hiding
