My wife's Apple Watch Series 3 has stopped recording movement, calories, steps but continues to record stand. We cannot figure out how to get the watch to record movement/calories/working out.

Reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
Thank you. We had solved the issue be restarting the iPhone and then the Apple Watch. However, this would likely have also worked. Thank you for responding!
