iCloud info

last night I got a notification that someone was trying to login to my iCloud. I change my password, pass lock, and got a verification code. It still says that they are using my iCloud information but I’ve change everything more than once

Security concern for apple ID use I received a message today stating someone tried to use my apple ID from some place never heard of then asked me to change my password and opened up windows on my phone to do that! Someone is trying to signin to my iCloud account I'm lately noticed that my cloud id is someone who tries to sign in toward an unknown iPhone 5s which isn't me. What should I do? What is the appropriate process to follow ? Thank you [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Try going to iCloud.com and go to settings. there you should see a sign out of all browsers.
