My pictures in the gallery

Idk how or why but from two weeks or something most of my pics had a little exclamation mark on the bottom and they wouldn't load and i couldn't send any of those pics. When i searched about this problem i read that i can solve this problem by signing out and logging in to my apple ID. And now all of those pics that had the exclamation mark are gone. Not even in the recently deleted folder. If someone can help i will be very thankful.
