You are welcome. iCloud.com on a device. Using Safari with iCloud.com in the URL, you can tap and hold the Refresh icon (semi-circular arrow) in the URL bar until "Request Desktop Site" appears and then tap that. The ability to do things is much less than when logged in using a computer.
If you are trying to access iCloud.com, you need to do that using a computer browser. On a device, to remove things from iCloud, delete the items from the applicable app.
