completing apple id

i just made a new apple id account and and i am trying to complete it so i put payment method none

and fill everything and they write to me please contact itunes support to complete this transcation what to dooooo????

Creating Apple ID When creating an Apple ID, when I get to the end of the process and put in my payment information, it tells me "For further Assistance, please contact the itunes support".... Or something along those lines. I have tried a few times to chat with someone, and come to a conclusion, and I kept getting disconnected. Please advise.
