issues with songs

I bought two songs on iTunes and downloaded them like your supposed to but it wont let me play the songs. what do I do?

If the songs are still in the store have you tried deleting and redownloading them : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support ?

What does 'wont let me play the songs' mean ? What happens ? What have you tried ?

I click on the song to play it and it makes me authorize my computer so I do that then it connects me to the iTunes store then goes to the next song. it keeps doing that.
