Wrong Payment

Hi! I have been notified by my bank account that Apple charged me 19THB last Sunday around midnight but I have not received any receipts. Could you pls verify what the payment is for and send me the receipt as proof please? Thanks!

We can't, we are fellow users and have no access to your account(s).


Look at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you have linked to the card (and check iCloud storage) : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If it doesn't show, and if it's not : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support, contact the card issuer
