Apple Watch still hasn’t enough room for update
I’ve turned off all but three apps on my Apple Watch, but I still can’t install the update. Any other suggestions? There are pre-installed apps that I don’t use at all.

You don't mention how much storage you have left. This link will show you what is using the storage. From there you can delete enough to allow the update.....How To Check Apple Watch Storage and Usage
- Press Home on iPhone.
- Tap Apple Watch.
- Tap My Watch on Apple Watch app.
- Tap General.
- On the General screen drag up to scroll down the screen and see other controls.
- Tap Usage to open the Usage screen.
- The Available readout shows the amount of storage used.
- The User readout will show how much storage is used.
