deleted apple ID

I deleted my old email that was associated with my apple ID and now when I go in and try to change my apple ID by signing in to set up the new email and password, it wont let me because it asks for my old password but doesn't let me log in because the username (email) is no longer existent. What should I do?

i changed my apple id but it shows an old email and its the one i deleted I Changed my email to a new one but the old on which I deleted is still showing under my name in settings so it keeps asking for the password of the old one but it’s deleted so even if I enter the old password it won’t accept it

apple id used with icloud I changed the email associated with my apple id. that all worked out fine. now i was asked to sign into icloud but it showed my old apple id. I tried using my password but it would not sign me in. how do i get icloud to realize i have a new email address associated with my apple id?
