My Apple Watch keeps saying wrong Apple ID.

Did you just acquire the watch as a used device? See About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If this is your watch and it has been yours and working for some time, beware of the CAPS LOCK trap. It gets me regularly.
