Received phone call from “Apple Support” saying my ICloud account has been breached
I just received a phone call. Caller ID said it was from Apple Support. Recorded message said my iCloud account has been breached.
Is that spam or legitimate?

It is spam.
Apple does not make such calls.
Why should they? The next time you attempt to use it you discover that for yourself without any calls from Apple.
