Cannot receive emails
I cannot receive emails. My phone kept saying iCloud storage full so I bought the one month 50GB but that hasn’t work either please help!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. Based on the information you provided, you increased your iCloud Storage because your iCloud Storage was full. Are you also using an @icloud.com, @me.com, @mac.com account? If so, you did the right thing by purchasing additional storage because that would resolve your issue fairly easily.
What behavior is persisting to where you are absolutely certain that you aren't receiving emails? Have you tried to send yourself an e-mail from your @icloud.com account?
