After choosing the windows partition, you will see the windows logo as usual, but it will shutdown automatically after 3 seconds, could anyone help to solve this problem? (Tried PVRAM, System Control reset, whole mac disk partition fix, All useless!).
P.S. (Could access the Bootcamp Partition AS USUAL IN Mojave OS)

fdisk : /dev/disk0 : Operation not permitted
BSD name of Bootcamp is disk0s3 installed in /Volumes/Bootcamp
(P.S. It is GUID partition form = GPT)

For W7 and older Windows versions, we need a Hybrid MBR (http://www.rodsbooks.com/gdisk/hybrid.html). This allows the Macs to mimic a PC and also support a BIOS emulation called CSM-BIOS.
For W8.1/W10, you can use BIOS or EFI, on late 2013-2014 Macs. On your specific model, BIOS is the default. If you select EFI, you also need to remove MBR to allow a GPT layout to be exposed for EFI installation to work. By removing the Hybrid MBR and the underlying GPT disk using the commands you have mentioned, you were successful.
Can you ru msinfo32 in Windows post the value of BIOS Mode? Does your Audio work properly?
Is your Windows installation UEFI or BIOS?
I install with the default settings with boot camp assistant, and it is 2014 Model, so should be BIOS
Can you post the output of
sudo fdisk /dev/disk0
You may also want to install GPT Fdisk and temporarily disable SIP.
Temporarily disable SIP, and re-run the fdisk command.
Are you able to see Windows files in macOS Finder?
